Responsibilities Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Help identify customer needs and provide helpful information. Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Collaborate with team members to support daily communication goals. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Professional and approachable demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong listening and relationship-building abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
