Analyst-Program/Project 1

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
Process encroachment closures
Open project notifications and work orders so our agents across all regions can begin work on projects in a timely manner to serve our customers
Process Non-PO Payments
LCAP/LCOR creation
Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox and respond to customer inquiries, submit requests to the licensing agent, and update the Secondary Land Use Log
Review Certificate of Insurance documents and upload and notate text in SAP then forward to the responsible licensing agent
Pay line rents which are critical to our operations

Required Skills/Attributes:
Three or more years of experience in a supporting role within Title, Escrow, Property Management or Real Estate

Desired Skills/Attributes:
SAP experience
Experience using real estate and land based maps and plans, such as Tract and Parcel Maps, Assessors Maps, site development plans, Google Earth and Land Vision
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience completing assignments with various deadlines and making workflow adjustments to meet changing conditions and priorities with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience gathering, researching, analyzing information/data and drawing conclusions
