Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to be an entrepreneur while building a career centered on helping people. I'm a graduate of UCM, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy golfing, working out, and staying involved with my church. ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Account Manager for Clint Osborn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
