- Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support capacity

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to classroom teachers with academic and behavioral initiatives
- Assist individual students or small groups with lessons, activities, or assignments
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students, supporting learning and participation
- Help implement instructional plans and classroom routines set by the lead teacher
- Monitor student progress and document observations for teacher review
- Promote safe practices and maintain a well-managed classroom environment
