What Does the Job Look Like?
- Get involved in your community and network with people
- Make calls, send emails, and build relationships that last
- Market your services and build your own book of business
- Guide home buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest decisions
- Find, visit, and show residential properties to buyers
- Present and negotiate offers and complete contracts
- Manage each home sale from first conversation to closing
- Use our tools and technology to focus on selling from anywhere
Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to obtain a New Mexico real estate license
- Willing to complete Home Salesperson training
- No prior real estate experience required
