Field Marketing Manager, Research Solutions - US East Region

Waters seeks a Field Marketing Manager for the US East Region to develop and execute localized demand-generation strategies for research solutions across academic, biopharma, and government laboratories. The role bridges regional sales leadership and marketing operations to drive pipeline acceleration and customer engagement through territory activation, events, and account-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the East Region field activation plan, priorities, and calendar aligned with US Research Solutions strategies
• Lead demand-generation programs, events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives to create and advance sales opportunities
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Regional Product Marketing to identify priority territories, accounts, and whitespace opportunities
• Enable Sales team with approved messaging, playbooks, content, and tools; capture field feedback on customer needs and competitive activity
• Monitor program performance, MQL conversion, and pipeline influence; measure event outcomes and return on investment

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, demand generation, or sales support within life sciences or research instrumentation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies at regional or territory level
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product marketing, and operations teams
• Experience planning and executing events, webinars, product launches, and account-based marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing operations tools, CRM systems, and pipeline analytics
• Knowledge of research customer segments including academic, biopharma, biotechnology, and government laboratories
