Inside Sales Representative — Wire Rope & Rigging

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn the wire rope and rigging industry. This role supports walk-in customers, phone and email sales, quoting, order entry, and coordination with our fabrication/shop team. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that enjoys building relationships with customers. Responsibilities Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email Prepare quotes and process sales orders Help customers identify proper wire rope, chain, rigging, and lifting products Coordinate with warehouse and fabrication teams to fulfill orders accurately Maintain strong customer relationships and provide follow-up support Support counter sales and general branch operations Learn product applications and industry safety standards Assist with inventory and vendor communication as needed Qualifications Computer experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical benefits Paid time off and holidays Paid training and opportunities for advancement Stable, long-term career opportunity 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Full time Monday - Friday
