What You'll Do Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers throughout the Columbus market. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth. Deliver professional sales presentations and recommend customized business solutions. Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close new business opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For 1+ years of B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or consultative sales experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable spending the majority of the day meeting with clients in person. Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize daily activities effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
