Your Role

• Conduct evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and create customized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy techniques targeting mobility, strength, balance, and everyday function

• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment goals, discharge protocols, and home exercise plans
• Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds to ensure cohesive care

Educational Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institute

Certifications Required

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred certification in CPR
• Specialty certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous, but not mandatory
