Field Sales Professional

Responsibilities Serve as a consultative partner to schools, club select and travel programs, youth leagues, YMCA organizations, and community-based athletic programs. Execute full-cycle sales, from proactive prospecting and lead generation through account management and post-sale service. Provide consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory. Generate revenue and meet sales and growth targets. Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead-generation campaigns. Use CRM functions for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking. Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports and levels. Use data-driven business intelligence to identify prospect trends and opportunities. Manage the account list and travel throughout the assigned territory. Build client relationships through consistent in-person engagement and territory planning. Requirements 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must currently reside in/near Marietta, Ohio full-time. Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM. Demonstrate a high level of self-direction and autonomy. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong time management and task prioritization skills. Cultivate an in-home office environment that is distraction-free. Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
