Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Collaborate with paralegals to ensure accurate and timely document preparation and filing. Manage probate and trust administration cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client expectations. Stay informed on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and enhance client outcomes effectively and efficiently. Qualifications: 5+ years of estate planning experience required . Proven track record of drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Ability to analyze complex legal situations and develop strategic action plans. Strong communication skills to discuss and understand clients' needs, fears, and desires. Experience advising clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options. Ability to delegate tasks effectively to paralegals and legal staff, ensuring timely completion.
