About the role The Corporate Sales Advisor is a core contributor to Läderach North America’s corporate sales team, supporting the service and execution of business-to-business relationships. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and supporting corporate clients while ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned experience from initial inquiry through delivery. Based out of our Dallas NorthPark office, the Associate, Corporate Sales works closely with the Senior Manager of Sales and the North America fulfillment managers (USA) to ensure disciplined execution. Associates represent the client-facing side of the sales process — uncovering needs, building trust, and ensuring opportunities are accurately documented in our CRM. What you can expect You have the opportunity to identify and prospect new corporate sales opportunities through multiple channels to increase brand visibility and business growth. You have responsibility for responding promptly to new client inquiries while meeting established service level expectations. You have the opportunity to build relationships with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating the value of Laderach Fresh Chocolate solutions. You have responsibility for preparing quotes and proposals under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Sales. You have ownership of maintaining accurate and complete opportunity records within the CRM system. You have the opportunity to communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, customization requirements, and order status. You have responsibility for partnering with Logistics and fulfillment teams to support forecasting and delivery readiness. You have ownership of providing structured updates on pipeline activity, client progress, and active opportunities. You have the opportunity to represent the Laderach brand with professionalism, care, and consistency in every interaction. What we expect from you You are experienced in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role. You are a strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. You are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You are comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to document opportunities and track activity. You are analytical and able to identify trends and opportunities from business data. You are collaborative and work effectively across departments. You are highly organized and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
