Field Sales Representative

About the Role TruGreen is looking for a Sales Representative to serve as the welcoming face in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce personalized lawn‑care solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners to understand their lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism and energy. Customize sales messaging to match the unique needs of each household. Convert prospects from “just looking” to “just signed” using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using the CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customer lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Ph.D. in People Skills acceptable). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills; able to close deals. Solid time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week.
