Job Description Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership for a 2-shift union die casting operation with approximately 100 employees Maintain a strong floor presence and serve as a visible, accessible HR partner to operations Conduct thorough employee investigations and resolve workplace issues effectively Oversee payroll operations and manage direct reports within the HR function Administer FMLA leave processes and ensure regulatory compliance Manage benefits administration including 401K, short-term and long-term disability programs Drive employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment Key Requirements Background in metals or manufacturing industry strongly preferred Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred SHRM certification preferred; will consider a Senior HR Generalist level candidate Proven hands-on, floor-driven approach to HR leadership Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
