As our Receptionist, at Honda of North Hollywood you're responsible for creating a great customer service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and our team. Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment or direct them to the appropriate department Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time Document and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity Perform efficiently with the normal amount of direction for the position; displays the professional attitude and capabilities of a self-starter.
