We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to step into a General Manager role at SONIC Drive-In. If you’re passionate about running strong operations, building a great team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience, this is your opportunity. As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the drive-in — from team development to daily operations and financial results. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading, training, and developing Team Members, Carhops, Skating Carhops, and managers Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels Monitoring inventory and placing product orders Hiring and training team members and members of the management team Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
