Sales Account Manager - Water Treatment

Location Charlotte, NC, 28273-6312 Spartanburg, SC, 29302-3087 Responsibilities Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts. Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to customers. Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar B2B sales role with a proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets. Prior experience in water treatment or chemical industry preferred; familiarity with contract management and bidding processes desirable. Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, initiative‑driven, and consistently delivers results. Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customers' needs, solving problems and winning business. Plan and prepare for effective sales calls, persuasive presentations, handling objections, negotiating, demonstrating value, and closing deals. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
