Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to build and lead a comprehensive HR strategy supporting a growing multi-state organization. You will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance while ensuring that the HR infrastructure scales effectively. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of HR leadership experience, particularly in multi-site environments, and a strong command of HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling.
