Now Hiring: Full-Time LEAD Line Cook
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and have a passion for great food, we want to hear from you. Our menu is seasonal and uses high quality ingredients. We provide a positive work atmosphere and culture where FOH and BOH fully support one another.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards including proteins to temp and tasting each dish,
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required. A great palate is a plus!
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, both weekend days, and holidays
