Becks Prime is looking for articulate, capable, adaptable, and driven people to help us continue delivering great customer service and high quality food to our loyal customers. With 12 stores in Houston and 1 store in Dallas we are also looking to expand in the coming year, so there is plenty of opportunity to grow in to a General Manager position.

Job Description:

• Manage restaurant operations from food ordering, store cleanliness, food preparation, cooking, inventory management, labor management, customer feedback, and administrative paperwork.
• Requires some computer skills.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to get your hands dirty and join your team in getting the job done.
• Ability to respond to needs across the restaurant from the cash register to the kitchen to the dining room.
• Some Spanish helpful.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay range $48,000 - $56,000 per year with quarterly bonus based on performance.
• Generous paid time off (2 weeks /year. 3 weeks/year after 6 years with the company)

Schedule:

• Our goal is 45-50 hours/week, with sufficient time off for quality of life.
• Managers work some night and day shifts, weekends included.

The founders spent a year researching different concept ideas before finally deciding to create their own category: Fresh, high-quality, cooked-to-order fast food, grilled over mesquite wood coals. Thus was born Becks Prime. The first Becks Prime opened on Kirby Drive in 1985 with a double drive-thru and an open air patio, and we’ve grown steadily since then.

Since then, very little has changed with regard to our food preparation and relentless drive for superior food quality. Our founders continue to be involved in the day-to-day running of the company. Our cooks on-site grind and patty fresh Certified Angus Beef® daily, Boar’s Head makes a 1⁄4-pound hot dog exclusively for us, and our chicken breasts marinate slowly and are never frozen - (our only freezer is for the beer mugs).

And everything is cooked-to-order, grilled over mesquite wood coals, just like it was over thirty years ago.
