German Speaking Customer Service for Online Travel & Tour Packages Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proactive German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level position, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our German-speaking clients as they plan and book their travel experiences with us. Your fluency in German will be essential for assisting customers with inquiries related to travel arrangements, tour packages, and reservations. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and strong communication skills will help ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.
