The Digital Product Manager Senior is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital products, including strategy, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, testing, release, and optimization. This role is accountable for leading large, ambiguous, and complex product initiatives, shaping product roadmaps and delivery priorities, and driving alignment across business and technology stakeholders to maximize digital merchandising performance and business value. This role serves as a recognized subject matter expert, guiding product decisions, and leading cross-functional efforts that advance digital product capabilities and outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Lead the development and execution of digital product roadmaps, priorities, and feature portfolios by objectively balancing business value, market and customer insights, technical considerations, and delivery effort
• Establish digital product strategies, portfolio priorities and roadmap frameworks that guide AOP investment decisions and long-term customer and business outcomes
• Lead large-scale cross-functional product initiatives to ensure successful planning, development, testing, commercialization, deployment, and adoption of digital product capabilities
• Apply design thinking methodologies, including user story development, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, to define product requirements and guide solution design for complex customer and business needs
• Oversee agile product management processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, issue management, and release planning, to ensure high-quality, transparent, and timely product delivery
• Analyze product performance, utilization, revenue retention indicators, and business outcomes to identify opportunities and implement enhancements that improve customer experience, adoption, and product effectiveness
• Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, technology architecture, platform capabilities, integrations, and operational requirements to support scalable, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions
• Lead coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure digital platforms, applications, and supporting infrastructure meet customer needs and business objectives
• Provide product leadership by coaching team members, guiding complex, data-informed decision-making, recommending best practices, and leading resolution of difficult product, process, stakeholder, and delivery challenges
• Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
• 7 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related technology roles

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with digital commerce platforms and technology integrations

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.

$123,200.00 - $164,333.33
