Hiring a Commercial Electrician out of the Hagerstown, MD area- $60 Prevailing Wage

Job Description

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced commercial electrician to work on large-scale projects based out of Hagerstown, Maryland. You will install and maintain electrical systems in a variety of commercial environments, performing tasks such as conduit installation, wiring, panel installation, and lighting upgrades, while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and secure electrical conduit to support commercial electrical systems.
• Pull and terminate electrical wire in accordance with blueprints and electrical codes.
• Install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical panel boxes and related distribution equipment.
• Install LED lighting systems, MC cable, receptacles, and associated electrical devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Work both indoors and outdoors as required by project scope and schedule.
• Use personal electrical tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete daily tasks.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a commercial electrician.
• Proficiency in bending and installing conduit in commercial environments.
• Ability to install and wire LED lighting, MC cable, receptacles, and panel boxes.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings.

This is a Contract position based out of Hagerstown, MD.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hagerstown,MD.
