We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our hotel and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving strong financial performance. General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B (if applicable)
• Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, and operating expenses
• Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall RevPAR
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on property, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities

General Manager Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hotel leadership experience (GM or AGM preferred)
• Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting
• Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS, revenue management, OTA platforms)
