Aspire Solar Energy is a Florida-certified residential and commercial solar company based in Wesley Chapel. We're looking for one experienced sales professional to take over incoming leads, run consultations, and close deals, so we can keep growing the right way.

Why this role is different

While most of the solar industry contracted this past year, we matched our revenue year over year, and we did it without leasing. That matters. We don't lock homeowners into predatory lease contracts, and we don't push the cheapest possible equipment to protect a fat margin. We install premium REC solar panels and pair them with the right inverter for each home: Enphase, Franklin, or Tesla. For battery systems that need intelligent load management, we add SPAN smart panels. Honestly, the gear we get to work with is one of the fun parts of the job. It's genuinely impressive technology, and what these systems can do for a homeowner is pretty remarkable. If you've ever felt like you had to check your conscience at the door to earn a good living in this industry, this is the opposite of that. You'll sell a product you can stand behind, to customers who thank you afterward.

What you'll do

• Work warm, incoming leads. You won't be cold door-knocking; this is not a door-to-door role.
• Run your own in-home site visits and consultations within about 90 minutes of our Wesley Chapel office.
• Build and deliver proposals using our video walkthrough tool, presenting the system clearly and honestly.
• Sell panel removal and reinstallation work for homeowners replacing their roofs. These are quick, straightforward jobs that pay per panel.
• Offer our service membership plan to homeowners, including people who aren't yet our customers, with a bonus paid for every sign-up.
• Log every lead, conversation, and next step in our CRM. It's Pipedrive: easy to learn, but you have to use it.
• Lean on our in-house design, permitting, and installation teams. Your job is to sell, and we handle the rest.

What you'll earn

This is a commission-only role, and the earning potential is real. Our average residential project is around $45,000, and our tiered commission means the more you close, the higher your rate climbs. Based on the volume our existing pipeline produced last year, a motivated closer working these leads could realistically earn $90,000 to $100,000+ a year, before generating a single lead of their own. Commercial deals, removal and reinstallation jobs, membership sign-ups, and self-generated business are all additional upside on top of that.

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience is required. Home-services or in-home sales is strongly preferred, and solar sales is even better.
• Someone who sells on value and quality, not just a low monthly payment. You're curious about the product and want to understand what you're selling.
• Outgoing, professional, and genuinely interested in growing with a company rather than chasing the next quick check.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule, your own site visits, and your own follow-up.
• A reliable personal vehicle and a valid Florida driver's license.
