Marketing Project Coordinator

To support a strategic corporate rebranding initiative, the remote Marketing Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project tasks across two primary rebrand workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet critical milestones through detailed project tracking and asset management. Key responsibilities: Track, manage, and execute granular project tasks for rebrand workstreams to meet milestones Partner with the Rebrand Project Manager to track dependencies and update project plans Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform to ensure assets are organized and ready for launch Required qualifications: 4+ years of project coordination or integrated marketing experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking Proven experience in corporate rebranding or large-scale marketing implementation High proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative attitude in a distributed team environment
