Project Manager – Construction Interiors | New York City | Up to $170,000 A leading Construction Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing New York City team due to a strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects across Manhattan and the wider NYC market. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with Construction Interiors experience to work on high-end commercial interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, tenant improvements, and Construction Interiors projects throughout New York City. Responsibilities Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working for Commercial Interior General Contractors in New York City Strong Construction Interiors project experience Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects simultaneously Benefits & Rewards Up to $170,000 base salary Strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects throughout NYC Long-term progression opportunities Stable and well-respected Construction Interiors General Contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr Cityscape Recruitment USA
