About the OpportunityWe're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of customer-facing marketing programs for innovative digital products and monetization experiences. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys creating compelling content, managing multiple campaigns, collaborating across teams, and driving projects from concept through launch.You'll play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences across email, web, in-product messaging, digital advertising, and lifecycle marketing channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing creativity with execution, this is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable impact.What You'll DoDevelop and execute customer-facing content across email, web, landing pages, in-product messaging, and digital advertising channels.Support lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy tailored to specific audiences and customer journeys.Create personalized communications and content experiences that drive customer engagement and product adoption.Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely launches.Maintain consistency and quality across a high volume of marketing assets and touchpoints.Analyze customer insights and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for content optimization.Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and help drive alignment in a complex stakeholder environment.QualificationsExperience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and customer journey marketing.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Experience working cross-functionally with various business, marketing, and product teams.Experience within marketing technology products, SaaS solutions, digital platforms, or related products is preferred.Why This Role?Opportunity to work on highly visible customer engagement and growth initiatives.Blend of creativity, strategy, and execution with direct impact on business outcomes.Exposure to cross-functional teams across marketing, product, design, and analytics.Fast-paced environment with a steady pipeline of campaigns and projects.Great fit for someone looking to deepen expertise in content, lifecycle, and growth marketing while working on innovative digital products.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
