Medical Director Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a rehab program in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with strong administrative support.
Position Highlights:
- Medical Director role at a well-established Inpatient Rehab Facility
- Monday Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
- Patients are seen at least 3 days per week
- Approximately 20% administrative time within scope of medical leadership
- High Medical Director stipend
- Strong interdisciplinary rehab team and operational support
Ideal Candidate:
- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Proven or aspiring leader with a passion for inpatient rehab and team-based care
- Committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
