Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Provide regular counseling sessions to clients, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize therapeutic tools and methodologies - such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - to facilitate patient progress and empower clients to achieve greater self-understanding.

• Assess client progress continuously, implementing adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any emerging concerns.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops to create a sense of community and shared experience among clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Refresh, you will engage primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, as well as couples and families seeking to enhance relational dynamics. Our clients come to us seeking support for various issues, including trauma, relationship conflicts, substance abuse, and major life transitions. You will play a vital role in providing them with the tools necessary not only to cope with their current struggles but also to foster long-term emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and up-to-date LMFT license is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
