Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid/Flexible) Employment Type: Part-Time About the Role Your Family Care is a growing New Jersey home care agency seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to help build and strengthen our clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys leadership, compliance, and helping a startup organization establish a strong clinical foundation. The RN will play a critical role in assisting the agency with obtaining and maintaining required state licenses, accreditations, and regulatory compliance while overseeing the delivery of high-quality client care. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about New Jersey home care regulations, and interested in helping shape the future of a growing agency. Key Responsibilities Assist with obtaining and maintaining all required New Jersey home care licenses, certifications, and accreditations. Support the agency during state surveys, inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and documentation that comply with New Jersey Department of Health regulations and industry standards. Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Develop individualized plans of care and perform client nursing assessments as required. Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregivers and home health aides. Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and community partners to coordinate care. Assist with implementing and maintaining electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation systems. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey in good standing. Experience in home care, home health, hospice, long-term care, or community-based healthcare. Knowledge of New Jersey home care regulations and compliance requirements. Experience assisting with healthcare licensing, accreditation, surveys, or regulatory compliance is highly preferred. Ability to work independently while supporting a growing organization.
