We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general accounting/daily bookkeeping for several clients
- QuickBooks bank reconciliations & monthly financials
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Help with office phones occasionally
Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
- 10 years experience with bookkeeping
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Tax return knowledge preferred
- Computerease or UltraTax experience a plus
- This is primarily an on-site position with some flexibility to work from home
