We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to master the cornerstone of real estate success, communication, while earning rewarding commissions. This path is ideal for someone focused on sharpening sales conversations, building confidence on the phone, and developing the skill set that productive listing agents rely on every day, with a clear stepping stone to becoming a listing agent.

In this environment, you will learn to speak with buyers and sellers, follow proven conversation frameworks, handle objections, and set real appointments that support consistent production. The focus is on building structure, credibility, and confidence through daily repetition, coaching, and real-time feedback.

You will learn to generate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture relationships tied to active listings and market activity. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will continue to develop your delivery, strengthen your presence in client interactions, and build habits that lead to consistent performance.

With coaching, clear systems, and a strong path for growth, you will continue to learn to build momentum through communication and grow into a confident listing agent over time.

Responsibilities include relentless lead follow-up, following the team plan, lead generation, setting and closing appointments, closing sales, growing into a lead buyer or listing agent, database and CRM mastery, and sales scripts. Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients, record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met, conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent, follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us, and enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information.

Qualifications include a real estate license, self-employed capacity, sales experience, real estate license required, +1 year of experience generating real estate leads, must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car, track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, and a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred.
