If you’re passionate about making a difference and ready to grow with us, we’re excited to meet you!* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the skilled nursing facilities and hospice agencies within your territory.* Identify, explore, and strategize on how to obtain new business opportunities within your assigned territory. This will include scheduling meetings with potential skilled nursing facilities and hospice agencies, creating professional-looking proposals, and analyzing data to provide competitive price lists.* Attend scheduled meetings and training when requested by management on topics that include but are not limited to providing accounts with in-service education on new and existing products as needed, reimbursement, and marketing.* Offer and schedule in services / education for accounts on a consistent basis to ensure staff is well-versed in all Integra’s product lines.* Work with current customers to identify needs and provide them with tools to help them be more efficient with their equipment rental program.* Strategize to grow existing accounts by introducing products they are not currently using but could benefit their patients.* Review/edit service contracts to make any changes to service terms and to ensure language protects the company’s interests.* Work closely with internal departments (billing, customer service, operations team, etc.) to provide excellent service to our clients.* Attend trade shows, state association meetings, and local exhibits to professionally represent Integra Healthcare Equipment and to stay current with industry market trends.* Document daily activity within the CRM system.## Qualifications* Must have a valid driver’s license.* Must have reliable transportation to travel between clients’ locations.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to multitask.* Highly driven individual.* Great interpersonal skills.* CRM experience is a plus.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.* Bachelor’s degree preferred.* Sales and account management experience preferred.* Skilled nursing facility, hospice agency, and/or DME experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Integra Healthcare Equipment, Inc.
