Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Glenwood Springs, CO Salary: $65,000 - $110,000 Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) Job Description: This full or part-time on-site position requires a mix of accounting and administrative duties for a private office and reports directly to the Controller. Broad duties include invoice review, financial reconciliations, tracking expenses, filling out excel worksheets and shared calendar management. Accounting Duties Reviewing invoices and entering them into QuickBooks Maintenance of financial records including bank statements and vendor files Reconciliation of company credit cards Monthly bank reconciliations Administrative Duties Track employee attendance records Enter staff scheduling entries into shared calendar Assist with human resources related tasks Processing of incoming and outgoing mail/shipments Experience / Skills Solid sense of self-direction High degree of professional flexibility and creativity High-energy work ethic Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and precision orientation Sound organizational skills Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge Experience using QuickBooks (willing to teach for the right candidate) #J-18808-Ljbffr
