Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Charcuterie Creator to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will craft visually stunning and delicious charcuterie boards that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. Your expertise in food presentation, ingredient selection, and food safety will ensure each board is a masterpiece. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong background in food preparation, and thrives in a dynamic food service setting.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of charcuterie boards with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Select high-quality meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and garnishes to create balanced and appealing presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food handling and preparation areas according to food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options for customized boards.
• Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for sales transactions, upselling products, and processing payments accurately.
• Uphold excellent customer service by providing friendly assistance, answering questions about products, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist with other food service duties including Prep work, Kitchen cleaning, dishes, following recipes, slicing meat, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen operations as needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Customer facing- Delivery driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, culinary arts, or related food industry roles—experience with charcuterie or gourmet boards is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and upsell products confidently.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous restaurant experience or working in a café or grocery store setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
