The Manager of Positive Learning Environment (SDLE) plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining a safe, inclusive, respectful, and professional learning environment for all students at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. This role will serve as a key institutional leader in monitoring and enhancing the learning environment across all educational phases and will actively collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to support student success and wellbeing. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Master's Degree required in Medical Education, Higher Education, Nursing or related fields Minimum of 7 or more years of experience in higher education or health professions education. Strong knowledge of Title IX regulations Willing to travel to affiliated sites on a regular basis Demonstrated public speaking experience, with the ability to present effectively to large and small groups, including faculty, students, and institutional leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
