We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to support the day-to-day operations of our dealership. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient vehicle lot while ensuring incoming and outgoing vehicles are handled with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming vehicles by comparing serial numbers (VINs) to invoices
- Inspect vehicles for damage and confirm all listed accessories are present
- Document any damage or missing items on delivery receipts
- Park and organize new and used vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain accurate key control and storage systems
- Assign stock numbers to incoming inventory
- Move vehicles as needed to maintain lot organization and maximize space
- Transport sold vehicles to the preparation/detail department
- Perform basic lot maintenance tasks to protect vehicles in storage (battery, tires, cleanliness)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot environment
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent driving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, and bending
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds
- Ability to safely enter, exit, and move vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
