About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to join its leadership team. The RVP will be a key executive responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of multiple facilities across a multi-state region. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, behavioral health, or multi-site management, and a proven track record in driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing regional strategies, overseeing operational and financial performance, and leading a team of Regional and Clinic Directors to achieve divisional goals. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate a history of success in revenue growth, patient census expansion, and margin improvement, while also being adept at talent recruitment, development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The RVP will be expected to engage in cross-functional collaboration, build external relationships, and drive continuous improvement through the establishment of benchmarks and process enhancements. This is a remote-based, multi-state role with a significant travel requirement, and the ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for the mission of the company in the fight against opioid addiction.
