Position Summary Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. The role ensures that all supported individuals receive appropriate clinical and medical services, mentors and supervises shift supervisors and direct care staff, and maintains adherence to all relevant regulations and funding requirements. Responsibilities include managing staffing schedules, assisting with clinical and ISP assessments, assuming on‑call duties, providing medication administration, delivering in‑house and agency‑contracted training, staying within budgetary guidelines, and instructing residents in daily living, behavioral and habilitative plans, and medical or psychiatric care. The Residential Program Manager also works with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus! Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others. Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
