2nd Shift Material Handler/Machine Operator

Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate small or large respooling machines to convert inventory into customer products
• Handle, process, and ship customer materials efficiently and accurately
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold customer service standards
• Assist with material handling and forklift operations as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and operate machinery
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
