Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.64 - $23.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting employees, visitors, patients, and vendors at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific entry procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor front desk activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment; report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and required records while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
