Forklift Operator - Night Shift
Location: KanPak, Penn Yan, NY
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay: $20.50/hour + $0.50/hour shift differential
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary:
KanPak is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for our Penn Yan facility. This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts, operating forklifts, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack products.
• Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and KanPak policies.
• Assist with inventory counts as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• 1-year previous forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Scan gun experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends as needed.
• Understanding of warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks as necessary.
