Compensation $19 - $22 hourly Qualifications Experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality or event setting. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments. Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences. Strong organizational skills to coordinate event details and manage inventory efficiently. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet event demands. Experience in training and mentoring staff to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. Proficiency in managing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring alignment with specifications.
