Legal Clerk

We are seeking a Legal Clerk to join our growing multi-state law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional legal environment while working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Processing incoming client account documents and court correspondence
• Entering and maintaining information in the firm's software system
• Printing and assembling legal documents for court filing
• Communicating with various courts by phone and email
• Working closely with attorneys both within and outside the firm
• Assisting the department manager in meeting daily operational goals
• Performing additional administrative and clerical duties as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in standard office practices, business correspondence, and computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Proven ability to perform accurate data entry while managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and maintaining compliance with established organizational procedures.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently with minimal supervision, and consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies and all applicable privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Highly motivated and dependable professional with a collaborative approach, strong ethical standards, and a demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
