Project Executive – Large-Scale Construction Projects Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, guiding project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence from preconstruction through project closeout. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record managing complex construction programs, driving financial performance, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects ranging from $50M to $500M+. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to achieve project goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Participate in business development efforts, client presentations, and pursuit strategies. Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and project planning. Monitor project financial performance, including forecasts, cost controls, cash flow, and profitability. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving complex operational challenges. Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support strategic growth initiatives across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 15+ years of progressive construction management experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large commercial construction projects. Demonstrated success managing projects exceeding $50 million in value. Strong understanding of project delivery methods, including Design-Build, CMAR, and General Contracting. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen and experience with project controls, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience in commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, data center, mission‑critical, or mixed‑use construction preferred.
