Public Events Coordinator: Large-Scale Community Festivals

The City of Aurora’s PROS Department is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, permit, and produce a range of special and community events. This role drives end-to-end event execution and ensures alignment with city goals. You will manage budgets, contracts, site mappings, sponsorships, volunteers and coordinate with marketing and facilities for promotion and operations. A BA/BS and 3 years of experience required.
