The team is looking for a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager or a high-potential Assistant PM or Senior Project Engineer ready for the next step who understands how mechanical contractors actually deliver projects in the field.What Makes This Opportunity Different?This isn't an owner's representative role.This isn't a facilities or maintenance position.This isn't a consultant or design-only environment.We're looking for someone who has worked directly for a mechanical contractor and understands what it takes to move a project from buyout through closeout while balancing field operations, project financials, schedules, procurement, and client expectations.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading or supporting complex HVAC and mechanical construction projectsManaging project budgets, forecasting, job costing, and cost-to-complete reportingSupporting equipment buyout and procurement activitiesManaging RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationCoordinating with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field teamsDriving schedule execution and mitigating project riskBuilding strong relationships across operations, field leadership, and customersSupporting multiple active projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environmentWho Thrives HereYou might be a fit if you are:Mechanical Project ManagerAssistant Project Manager already taking on PM responsibilitiesSenior Project Engineer who is managing procurement, RFIs, submittals, forecasting, and portions of project executionA hands-on construction professional with growing ownership of mechanical scopes and project deliverablesBackgrounds We LoveExperience working directly for HVAC or mechanical subcontractors.
