Key Responsibilities

• Equipment & Facilities Upkeep: Manage and perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment to ensure peak performance and a \like-new\ appearance.
• Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a shining, spotless environment both inside and out, going beyond daily cleaning routines.
• Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate with contractors, handle warranty repairs, and ensure timely, cost-effective service.
• Logistics & Fleet Support: Oversee vehicle maintenance and assist with catering delivery operations.
• Project Oversight: Identify facility issues and propose long-term improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex maintenance schedules independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for supporting fleet and catering duties.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations and team coordination.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and kitchen areas.
