Account Manager

Job Description Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Qualifications 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management/loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution Experience with state and federal compliance regulations Experience reviewing income documentation and financial statements Perform duties under minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Detail oriented, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment Team player High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Responsibilities Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding) Pre‑underwrites loans Acts as liaison between sales and operations staff Reviews loan conditions and documentation received from brokers Follows up on funding conditions Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers Meets assigned monthly closing goals Completes any additional projects/duties assigned by Management Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Bonus opportunities Experience Wholesale account management: 3 years (Preferred) Pre‑underwriting loan: 2 years (Preferred) Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate Santa Ana, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
